Shipping

At the current time we ship for free all over the U.S.

Refunds/Returns

For refunds/returns please provide the reason for your refund/return and an email and/or phone number to ensure we are able to contact you as soon as possible.

If you are returning our product due to damage, mishandling, and/or mistakes please include a description and an image if possible to best inform us of the issue.

Our Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Once the item has arrived and no issue has been reported to us within 30 days we assume that the item is in working order and no refund will be issued
  • Reason for return: If your are returning it due to shipping damage please include pictures of the original packaging and sufficient documentation of the extent of damage; If you are returning it due to dissatisfaction then no refund will be issued
